Frenchs Forest Commercial Complex Demolition
The Frenchs Forest Demolition Project involved the complete removal of several redundant commercial structures to prepare the site for redevelopment.
The Frenchs Forest Demolition Project delivered the safe and efficient removal of ageing commercial buildings to create a compliant site for future development in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The scope included mechanical demolition, internal strip ‑out, structural removal and the handling of all associated waste streams.
As part of the works, our team managed hazardous materials removal, including asbestos and lead‑based finishes, in accordance with Work Health and Safety legislation and relevant Australian Standards. We applied dust, noise and vibration controls to maintain compliance and minimise disruption to nearby residents and businesses.
The project also incorporated material recycling and resource recovery, with concrete, steel and general waste processed and segregated to reduce landfill. Bulk and detailed excavation brought the site to the required design levels, enabling a smooth transition to construction.
Delivered on schedule and with zero safety incidents, the Frenchs Forest Demolition Project demonstrates our capability in commercial demolition, environmental management, and complex site preparation across NSW.
