Remediation and upgrade works at Mangrove Mountain landfill, including a new access road, perimeter cut-off wall, and multi-layer capping system to improve environmental containment.

Holsworthy STP Demolition & Remediation

Delivering the demolition and remediation of the former Holsworthy Sewage Treatment Plant, including extensive dewatering, structure removal, contamination management, and large‑scale backfilling. The works required careful planning due to the depth and scale of the plant’s infrastructure and the presence of mercury and asbestos across multiple process units.

Frenchs Forest Commercial Complex Demolition

The Frenchs Forest Demolition Project involved the complete removal of several redundant commercial structures to prepare the site for redevelopment.

Bald Hill Quarry Liner Construction

Bald Hill Quarry Liner Construction involved installing a new section of compacted clay liner at the Bald Hill Quarry Regional Landfill near Jugiong, NSW. Works were delivered within an active waste‑management precinct, aligning with NSW regulatory requirements and site environmental controls.

TfNSW Wombeyan Caves Rd

Upgrade of a 50 km section of Wombeyan Caves Road for Transport for NSW, improving safety and resilience through road widening, drainage renewal, installation of concrete culverts, and construction of multiple concrete causeways. Works were staged to maintain access and manage severe weather impacts.

Woonona Slope Stabilisation Works

Construction of a MassBloc retaining wall at Woonona, NSW, to stabilise a failing slope adjacent to critical infrastructure and residential complex. Works included excavation, installation of precast concrete blocks, drainage improvements, and reinstatement of the surrounding area under strict geotechnical and environmental controls.

Shoalhaven City Council Kangaroo Valley Maintenance Shed

Construction of a new steel maintenance shed at Kangaroo Valley Showground to replace the former structure damaged by a fallen tree. Works included site establishment, service relocations, slab and steel framing, roofing and cladding, louvre windows, roller doors, electrical fit‑out, and external works.

Qantas Fuel Farm Demolition

Unicivil assisted Liberty Industrial in the safe decommissioning and demolition of fuel infrastructure at the Qantas Fuel Farm in Mascot. The works included the removal of underground and above‑ground storage tanks, residual fuel evacuation, contamination management, and reinstatement, all delivered under strict airside security and safety controls.

TfNSW Various Works

Delivery of multiple civil works packages for Transport for NSW across regional road networks, including pavement rehabilitation, drainage upgrades, culvert replacements, and safety improvements. Works were staged to minimise traffic disruption and maintain compliance with TfNSW specifications.

Ampol Goulburn Demolition & Remediation

The Ampol Goulburn project involved the demolition of existing service station structures including the removal of above‑ground buildings, underground storage tanks, associated pipework, and contaminated soils.

Helensburgh Bulk Excavation, Detail Excavation & Basement Retention

Construction of a reinforced shotcrete wall between concrete piles at Walker Street to stabilise a sheer excavation and provide structural support for future development. Works included drilling and installation of anchors, bulk excavation, shotcrete application, drainage, and detail excavation under strict engineering and safety standards.

Tarrawanna Slope Stabilisation

Slope stabilisation works at Tarrawanna, NSW, involving reinforced concrete footings, gabion rock bags, and rock mattresses to remediate landslip zones and protect residential properties. Works were delivered under constrained access and strict environmental controls.
